WHY NOT TREAT A RELATIVE, FRIEND OR NEIGHBOUR TO AN HOUR OR MORE OF HOME HELP, EITHER WITH PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OR GARDENING.

You may be able to save yourself money and hassle by employing one person to carry out the majority of your tasks. I will work along side you with your project.
Explain what is required of me & I will offer you the way that I would usually approach each task and then follow your final instructions.
I am happy to continue the work that others have started and carry out prep work for other trades. I can do building work, labouring, cleaning, clearing, tidying, gardening, unusual and odd jobs.

My work experience has been built up over a period of forty years and I will only accept work that I believe is within my capability. I work at a fast pace and extremely hard & I see no need in dragging jobs out.

I am fit and use the gym every other day. Every task undertaken will be completed to your satisfaction. I am able to work alongside or in conjunction with others.
All the images within this website is work that I have carried out myself, I have hundreds more.

My rate is £25 per hour or £12.50 should the job only take half an hour and I prefer to be paid at the end of each day. I have worked up to fifteen hour days when the customer really needed me to although I prefer a maximum of twelve hours. I usually take two 15 minute breaks throughout the day usually around 11:00 and 15:00 for which I do not charge.
